About Us
Based on the New South Wales Tweed Coast, Richard Strata Title Services (RSTS) is a strata title management practice servicing the Tweed, Byron, Ballina townships and surrounding areas.
Established in 2004, Richard Strata Title Services initially specialised in the area of pre-purchase strata reports & strata consultancy services. Prior to its inception, a pre-purchase strata inspection report format was independently devised and approved for use by an international professional indemnity insurance underwriter.
The report, and the associated inspection and consultancy services, were then offered to the local market, specifically to solicitors and conveyancers acting on behalf of impending purchasers of strata-titled properties.
It was with much enthusiasm that Richard Strata Title Services extended its services to encompass ongoing strata title management in 2009, making it one of only a limited number of firms within New South Wales to service these two major facets of the strata industry.
Recognised as an alternative to the larger management groups, RSTS is equipped to handle the intricacies of the increasingly demanding role of strata and community title property administrators.

Our Team
Our Principal, Kurt Richard, commenced his real estate career in his late teens. At the age of 22, Kurt moved into the specialised area of strata title management.
By 23, he was employed as a Senior Strata Manager, overseeing the operation of one of the largest strata management portfolios on the NSW Far North Coast.
Kurt has a very hands-on approach to strata management and brings to clients a high level of expertise; the culmination of two decades’ experience in the field.
